Ana Vega

Ana was born in Chihuahua, Mexico. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology by Universidad Anahuac in Mexico City and a Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling by The University of Texas at El Paso. She coordinated the Ventanilla de Salud and Mobile Health Program at the Consulate General of Mexico in Chicago for four years. In 2011, Ana received the Hispanic Heritage Hero Award from American Airlines and the Chicago Fire Soccer Club, this award recognizes eleven Hispanics heroes who contribute to the well-being of the local Hispanic community.
